Privacy notice
Saetero private preview · research. Version of 28 October 2026 (adds the check and its report).
1. Who is responsible
Virgilio Robinson is responsible for your personal data in this preview (the "controller"). Contact: me@virgiliorobinson.com. Saetero is not a company yet; there is no legal entity behind it. A postal address will be added to this notice when there is one; until then, please send every request to the e-mail address above.
2. What is collected
- your check answers: the options you pick in the check, the short details you type, and the answer block from your build AI if you choose to paste one;
- the report Saetero writes from them (with the library passages it used, its cost and how long it took), and your scores and comment on the report;
- the questions you ask and the answers Saetero gives (with the library passages shown, the answer's cost and how long it took);
- your ratings and comments on answers, and your comment when you send a conversation for review;
- your poll answers;
- the date and time you pressed Continue on the first screen (your consent);
- an e-mail address, only if you choose to give one in the poll;
- your tester code, the personal link you received. Only a scrambled form of it (a hash) and a label such as "t01" are stored, never your name.
Nothing else. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking pixels, and the page loads nothing from other sites. Your browser keeps a few small notes on your own device (local storage): that you agreed, that the poll was shown, the boxes you tick in your report, and your check answers while you fill the check in (removed once your report is written); they leave your device only when you press Read my report. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, handles the technical data any website needs to deliver a page, such as your IP address, under its own terms; Saetero does not store it.
No sensitive data is asked for. Please don't type names, client details or confidential information. The preview is for adults invited to test it.
3. What it is used for, and on what basis
- To answer your questions and write your report, and for research to improve the service (the library, the answers, the report, the search). Virgilio Robinson reads the check answers and the reports to see how the system read each case and where it got it wrong, not to judge your product. This is the purpose of the preview.
- To contact you about your feedback, only if you gave your e-mail. This is optional: leave the field empty and it never happens.
The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a); LFPDPPP), which you give by pressing Continue, and for the e-mail by typing it in. Giving data is voluntary; without your questions there is nothing to answer. Your data is not sold, not published, not used for advertising and not used by Saetero to train any AI model (Anthropic's commercial terms also exclude training on it), and no automated decision is taken about you.
To limit the use of your data: leave the e-mail empty, don't use the review button, stop using your link, or write to the address above.
4. How long it is kept
90 days, then deleted. An automatic job runs every day and deletes check answers, reports, questions, answers, comments, review requests, poll answers (e-mail included) and consent records that are more than 90 days old. Only anonymous scores are kept after that (the thumbs, the 1–5 ratings, the report's two 1–5 scores, the poll's 1–5 answers and its no / maybe / yes, with the month): no question, answer, comment, e-mail or link to you. A switched-off tester link is deleted 90 days after it was switched off.
5. Who else processes it
- Cloudflare, Inc., in the United States: hosting and the database.
- Anthropic, PBC, in the United States: receives each question, or your check answers, with the library passages, to write the answer or the report (and a short check that a question is on topic).
Both process the data on Saetero's behalf, under their standard terms for business customers. Your data is therefore processed in the United States, outside Mexico and the EU. It is not shared with anyone else unless the law requires it.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access your data, rectify it, cancel (delete) it, or oppose its use: the ARCO rights under Mexico's LFPDPPP. Under the GDPR you can also ask to restrict its use and to receive it in a portable form. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect what was done before.
How: e-mail me@virgiliorobinson.com saying what you want and which link you used (the first characters after /t/ are enough). You will get an answer within 20 days. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Mexico, the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno; in the EU, the authority of your country.
7. Changes to this notice
Any change is published on this page with a new date, and the first screen is shown again so you can read it before you continue. This version is dated 28 October 2026.
Contacto: me@virgiliorobinson.com.
2. Qué datos se recaban
- tus respuestas al chequeo: las opciones que eliges, los detalles breves que escribes y, si decides pegarlo, el bloque de respuesta de tu IA de desarrollo;
- el informe que Saetero redacta con ellas (con los pasajes de la biblioteca usados, su costo y cuánto tardó), y tus calificaciones y comentario sobre el informe;
- las preguntas que haces y las respuestas de Saetero (con los pasajes de la biblioteca mostrados, el costo de la respuesta y cuánto tardó);
- tus calificaciones y comentarios sobre las respuestas, y tu comentario cuando envías una conversación a revisión;
- tus respuestas a la encuesta;
- la fecha y hora en que pulsaste Continuar en la primera pantalla (tu consentimiento);
- un correo electrónico, solo si decides darlo en la encuesta;
